Our vision is We will provide services, Medical & Social, to common man which will be Excellent, Expanding, and Transparent and with Humanity. Creating Harmonious, Strong, self-reliant and Nationalistic society through various projects deriving inspiration from Sangh.
To fulfill this vision, 10-bed hospital was started in 1989 by Doctors with small borrowings from their families. And then doctors decided to manage their life on subsistent income which set an example. And this is the strongest foundation of this organization.
With an Integrated Approach, trust is also running State of Art Blood Bank, Slum Health Project, Rural Health Project and Women & Child Development Programs. Considering Diverse Indian community, where ill health is the manifestation of many social factors as well as economic issues, Integrated Approach is proving to be very effective.

About 25% of population of Aurangabad lives in slums. We are running 3 centres in these slums through which we reach about 30% of slum population. About 1,50,000 people are connected with us by various social and medical activities. We have our own building and infrastructure at 2 centres, but it is not possible to construct a centre in each slum. We decided to reach these slums and make available best medical service at minimal possible rate. We started a mobile dispensary. It has been named as Shri. Guruji Chalachikitsalay. In mere 7 Years 4,00,000 poorest of poor slum patients have been benefited by this dispensary.
